Business Shouldn't Hurt.
PowerSerg doesn't believe in developing our MSP systems to be 'locked down' to only PowerSerg as a MSP. When a company leaves PowerSerg, as long as they purchase third party software licenses from the appropriate vendors, they should be able to use their system the same without a migration.
Unnecessary migration periods count as abusing our customer
We all know it doesn't take six months to switch MSPs, so why would we mandate a six month (paid) migration period? PowerSerg only requires enough notice to inform the user of their responsibilities once they leave PowerSerg and to remove any proprietary PowerSerg software the customer was receiving as part of their MSP arraignment.
