We don't like it when things are late. That's why we are up front about how long a project should take. We all know that the unexpected happens and are upfront about additional rights afforded to the customer in the event that a deadline is missed.
Follow the Law
For example, we don't sell fake or unlicensed software, and we won't try to pass off 10 volume license seats as 100. We want everyone to be ready in case there is a software license audit. When selling goods we refuse to understate customs amounts or to mislabel items to lower the cost of customs. We don't want to get into hot water with customs and neither should you.
