Nonprofits are a key part of our community. PowerSerg wishes to support these organizations, but wants to make sure that they do serve their communities in a way that is fair to everyone.
PowerSerg donation recipients have to follow our non-discrimination standards and must affirm that they will before they receive an donation. PowerSerg investigates organizations to make sure they are likely to follow these terms. Organizations that are not likely to follow these terms may be denied aid.
If a organization is interested in receiving donations from PowerSerg, they must electronically complete PowerSerg Form P4, Affirmation of Nondiscrimination which contains the terms below.
PowerSerg Data Systems is committed to serving all members of our community and prohibits discrimination based on an individual’s actual or perceived:
- National/Ethnic Origin
- Military Status
- Genetic Information
- Pregnancy history(iv)
- Sexual Orientation (i)
- Gender identity (ii)
- Gender expression (iii)
(i) Sexual orientation refers to a person’s self-identification as heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, asexual, pansexual, or uncertain.
(ii) Gender identity shall refer to a person’s own sense of identification as male, female, both, or neither as distinguished from actual biological sex.
(iii) Gender expression is everything we do that communicates our sense of identification to others.
(iv) Pregnancy history shall refer to an individual’s history of being pregnant, including Gravida and Para as well as the ultimate result of any pregnancy.
